Hey, Your question is not clear, I thought with main list you mean the Ranked list, right, Rank list will be published before April 2013 upon verification of certificates.
Save that pdf file to your computer and open it on adobe reader and use 'Find' (press Ctrl+F)for searching your number in the list. You can also check your number without downloading.

No, I think that certificate have only 1 year or less validity, please inquire with any concerned authority.

Non creamy layer certificate has only 6 months validity...for new certificate you should go to village office
